7a-3p- RN Supervisor, Every Other Weekend
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven R.N. Supervisor!

We are seeking an R.N. weekend supervisor to join our nursing management team. The right candidate must have proven supervisory experience in a long term care setting.
The weekend supervisor must possess strong clinical assessment and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and demonstrate outstanding customer service. The R.N. supervisor must have a strong working knowledge of state and federal long term care regulations including the survey process.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the total nursing care activities in the facility during each tour of duty in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the DNS, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing, college or university. Must be CPR certified.
Must have as a minimum, one (1) year experience in a long-term care facility or other related health care facility is preferable.
Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

SHIFT AVAILABLE: 7A – 3P
The primary purpose of your job is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Must be a registered certified nurses’ aide in accordance with laws of this state. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
General work experience in long-term care preferred but not necessary.
