- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup, plus two Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Combine onion, jam, sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients until they’re well-combined.
